Shipping policy

Time frames for shipping do not include weekends or holidays in their estimations. Once packages are out of our hands, we have no control and do not make any claims on how quickly it will get to you. 

APPAREL

Apparel is printed to order by a third party company. Shipping may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability of materials & current supply chains. 

CARE PACKAGES

Pre-designed care packages may take up to 3 days to be compiled and be shipped. An extra week should be added for any customized packages. 

PERISHABLES

Food or perishable orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order date, unless ordered on a Friday or the day before a holiday. Orders then will be shipped within 24 hours of the following monday or business day.
